We use CentralReach parent portal as our secure client dashboard. This system allows families to access schedules, sign session notes, review documents, and stay informed about their child’s progress, all in one place.

CentralReach is a practice management and electronic health record (EHR) platform tailored for applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism service providers. It helps clinics manage scheduling, billing, clinical documentation, data collection, and insurance claims in a secure system, enabling providers to track client progress and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, including HIPAA.

Why Acclaim Autism Uses CentralReach

Acclaim Autism uses CentralReach, a secure practice management and documentation platform, to manage scheduling, clinical notes, and required records in one system. This helps reduce errors, improve quality oversight, and ensure consistent, coordinated care for your child.

What Parents Need To Do

1. Activate Your CentralReach Parent Portal Account

Visit: www.login.centralreach.com/login

Select “Forgot Password / First-Time User” and create your password using the email currently on file.

We maintain one official portal account per client.

2. Sign Session Notes

After each therapy visit, log into your Parent Portal account and go to the Billing Module – Timesheets to electronically sign.

Why Timely Signatures Matter

Insurance companies require confirmation that services were delivered.

Signing signing notes helps:

  • Prevent billing delays
  • Ensure accurate session records
  • Keep services running smoothly

At this time, session notes are the only signatures families are required to complete in the portal.

3. Review Documents

You can see any documents in the Files Module → “Unsigned Files” tab in the CentralReach Parent Portal.

At this time, families are only required to sign session notes. Documents in this section are available for review, and we will notify you if a signature is ever required.

4. Check Your Child’s Schedule

The Schedule menu allows you to:

  • View upcoming appointments
  • Confirm session times
  • Identify completed sessions (striped appointments indicate finished sessions)

5. Enable Notifications

We recommend enabling portal notifications so you receive:

  • Signature reminders
  • Schedule updates
  • Document alerts

Understanding Your Child’s Goals & Progress

CentralReach allows our clinicians to generate clear visual graphs and progress tracking reports across skill areas.

Within the portal, you may see:

  • Skill acquisition goals
  • Behavior reduction targets
  • Communication objectives
  • Social development progress

These measurable insights allow:

  • Parents to understand what their child is working on
  • Families to reinforce learning at home
  • BCBAs to adjust teaching strategies based on data

Progress is reviewed regularly during parent meetings and Family Guidance sessions. Transparency is part of quality care.
