CentralReach is a practice management and electronic health record (EHR) platform tailored for applied behavior analysis (ABA) and autism service providers. Acclaim Autism uses CentralReach, a secure practice management and documentation platform, to manage scheduling, clinical notes, and required records in one system. This helps reduce errors, improve quality oversight, and ensure consistent, coordinated care for your child.

Lancaster Central supports toddlers through school-age children and adolescents. Treatment plans are individualized based on developmental needs, not just age.
Session notes’ signatures confirm that a scheduled therapy session took place. This allows our team to submit accurate billing to insurance providers and maintain correct service records.
