Acclaim Autism offers diagnostic evaluations in partnership with another organization that provides evaluations by tele-health. There is no waitlist for an evaluation. Appointments are usually scheduled within two weeks.

If you suspect that you or someone you care for might be on the autism spectrum, a diagnostic evaluation is a next step. According to the CDC, signs that someone might be on the autism spectrum include:

• Challenges with social communication and interaction skills
• Restricted or repetitive behaviors or interests
• Delayed language, movement, cognitive or learning skills
• Hyperactive, impulsive, and/or inattentive behavior
• Unusual mood or emotional reactions
• Anxiety, stress, or excessive worry
• Lack of fear or more fear than expected
